Delete Account Permanently
& Erase Health Records
We're putting the finishing touches on Biomory to deliver a calm, intelligent way to experience your health history. If you are an early tester or hold an active account and wish to close it, you have absolute ownership over your health records.
Please use "Delete Account Permanently" from the Biomory app settings page
The official and immediate way to purge your account is through the Biomory mobile app. This executes cryptographic data deletion directly on your active vault:
Open the Biomory App
Launch the Biomory application on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are logged in.
Navigate to Profile & Settings
Tap your Profile avatar on the top header or select Profile & Settings from the navigation menu.
Scroll to the Bottom
Scroll down past your Medical Profiles and Security sections to the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Delete Account Permanently"
Locate the red action labeled Delete Account Permanently beneath the Sign Out button.
Confirm Deletion Prompt
Confirm the security modal. All your patient records, documents, and credentials will be permanently erased immediately.
What happens when you delete your account?
Under our zero-residual policy, executing account deletion triggers immediate and irreversible data eradication across all Biomory production clusters:
Medical Records & Files
All clinical documents, laboratory blood reports, prescription scans, and doctor consult files are permanently deleted from encrypted cloud storage.
Patient Profiles
All dependent profiles, relationships, birth dates, allergies, and timeline history entries associated with your account are wiped.
Identity & Auth Keys
Your authentication tokens, hashed passwords, OAuth/Google connections, and cryptographic security credentials are permanently revoked.
Zero Data Retention
Biomory never sells personal data or trains third-party public AI on your clinical records. Deletion leaves no shadow backups or residual logs.
Cannot access the Biomory mobile app?
If you have already uninstalled the application or can no longer log in, our privacy team can manually process your deletion request. Please contact us from the email address registered with your Biomory account. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.
